End-User License Agreement for Optimal Desktop™
IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY:

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Optimal Access Corporation for the Optimal Access software that accompanies this EULA, which includes associated media and Optimal Access Internet-based services ("Software"). An amendment or addendum to this EULA may accompany the Software. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE; YOU MAY RETURN IT TO YOUR PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND, IF APPLICABLE.

GRANT OF LICENSE.

Optimal Access grants you the following rights provided that you comply with all terms and conditions of this EULA:

Installation and use.
If You have downloaded or otherwise received a copy of the Software, You are authorized to use the Standard (Free) version of the Software on a royalty-free basis. You may copy the Software for archival purposes, provided that any copy must contain the original Software's proprietary notices in unaltered form, and you may distribute and/or transmit as many copies to others as You wish. You have the option to register for full use of the Software at any time by following the instructions in the accompanying documentation, including the payment of the required license fee. Registration will authorize You to use an unlocking key which will convert the Software to full use, in accordance with the terms and conditions provided below.
After you pay and unlock the software you may
(a) install and use the full copy of the Software on one personal computer or other device; and
(b) install an additional copy of the Software on a second, portable device for the exclusive use of the primary user of the first copy of the Software.
( c) if you purchase the Mobile Edition, you are provided with 5 new instrallations. You will need a new license after your iterations expire. You do not need a new iteration for updates to your existing version.

Perpertual Term For Registered Version
The term of the license granted herein for the registered version of the Software shall be perpetual unless terminated by written notice by You for convenience or terminated by either party for material breach. Immediately upon termination of this license for any reason, You shall return to Optimal Access all copies of the Software and documentation.
You may update your versions online at no charge, however upgrades will require a New or an Upgrade License as determined by the management of Optimal Access.
Registered Version License Grant for Single Copies (Non-Network Use)
If You are a registered user of the Software, You are granted non-exclusive rights to install and use the Software by a single person who uses the Software only on one or more computers or workstations. You may copy the Software for archival purposes, provid
